Customer Support w/ B2B Customer Success | Day Shift | Remote [Philippines]


 

HOPLA.online is looking for a Customer Support with prior B2B customer success / customer service and sales experience.

What will you do:

  • Learn & understand Business customer needs
  • Email management and tracking of transactions
  • Coordinate with internal teams
  • Performs research and database management
  • Analyze data provided

You are:

- Logistics experience is highly desirable and Customer Support B2B experience is required

- Excellent written and spoken English

- Resourceful and attentive to details with a “can-do” attitude

- Organized and have excellent time management skills

- Ability to work independently, take initiative and be very organized

- Have prior experience working with an international employer.

- Able to work under pressure and can multi-task as necessary

- Strong internet connection and peaceful working space is a must
