What will you do:
- Learn & understand Business customer needs
- Email management and tracking of transactions
- Coordinate with internal teams
- Performs research and database management
- Analyze data provided
You are:
- Logistics experience is highly desirable and Customer Support B2B experience is required
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Resourceful and attentive to details with a “can-do” attitude
- Organized and have excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and be very organized
- Have prior experience working with an international employer.
- Able to work under pressure and can multi-task as necessary
- Strong internet connection and peaceful working space is a must
