Mission
IntegriChain is on a mission to help all stakeholders in the life sciences industry drive access. We do this through our relentless focus on unifying all of the critical business functions for therapy commercialization and access contracts and pricing, gross-to-net, channel, and patient services unlocking strategic payer, provider, pharmacy and patient access insights for our life sciences customers.
The Product Analyst will be a key member of the Data Solutions Product Management team. Reporting to the Product Manager for Data Solutions, this role will assist in the execution of the Data Solutions roadmap. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who will work to develop a deep understanding of the IntegriChain Data Solutions product suite.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist with the execution of product roadmaps for the ICyte Data Solutions portfolio, including developing requirements, writing stories, meeting with stakeholders, backlog refinement, procuring estimates, sprint planning, etc.
- Work with a mixed on-shore and off-shore development team, in an agile process, to ensure successful delivery of product enhancements
- Triage questions, feature requests, and defects submitted to the Product Team. Performing data analysis if needed and helping with scoping and prioritization.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies
- Contribute to Product Documentation including release notes, user guides, workflows, etc
- Serve as Product SME with internal stakeholders
Required Skills
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements, develop estimates, plan, and prioritize
- Strong data analysis, SQL, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of personnel, including management, from both business and technical teams
- Experience leading and managing Product/Business Analysts
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a business analyst or product analyst position
- Experience working with Data Products strongly preferred
- Experience with healthcare data and analytics preferred
- Knowledge of Agile Software Methodology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with JIRA
