RG is looking for a hardworking and eager member to join our rapidly growing team.
We are looking for someone to help organize, manage and create posts on all our social media accounts. Including setting up ads and copy, as well as managing ad spend and performance.
Functions may include conceptualizing, developing, designing, producing, editing, and directing media projects; or the operation, maintenance and/or oversight of media facilities, production, and distribution-related activities.
Some daily tasks consist of:
- Planning and developing social media campaigns
- Crafting compelling content or getting it developed
- Posting content across social media accounts
- Engaging with customers on different channels
- Analyzing running campaigns
- Being on top of the latest social media trends
Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer expectations according to past social media activity
- Develop social media campaigns
- Define KPIs and KRAs for social media campaigns
- Update social media content across all channels
- Engage with customers and followers
- Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer and Hootsuite (mention any social media marketing tool that you are currently using or plan to use)
- Monitor campaigns and analyzes data obtained
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
- Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network
- Develop content or get it done by content developers
- Keep an eye on social media trends
- Communicate effectively to all stakeholders including senior management and content developers
Must have prior experience working with Facebook creative suite, TikTok and Youtube.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
