Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the construction of civil works on assigned projects.
- Oversee the preparation and review of engineering designs, plans, and specifications for construction.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor compliance with design and construction standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure successful project completion while adhering to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Evaluate and analyze project requirements based on site investigations, reports and other relevant data to develop effective engineering solutions.
- Ensure all documentation and project files are complete, accurate, and comply with company standards and government regulations.
- Participate in the development of project proposals, bids and budget estimates.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and drawing standards.
- Proficiency in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
