Plumber Vacancy – Vertical Logic Rope Access

Position Summary
Carry out Planned, Routine and reactive maintenance on plumbing and water reticulation systems.
Key Accountabilities/Principal Responsibilities
Primary Duties
- Preventative maintenance on all plumbing (waste and freshwater reticulation)
- Inspect plumbing periodically to assure it is operating within industry standards.
- Perform all multi-discipline duties related to plumbing and irrigation systems
- Fault finding on building related systems and problem solving.
- Basic repairs to geysers and replacement.
- Replacing of leaking taps and fittings.
- Un-blocking of drains and waste lines.
- Install new equipment and modify existing equipment when required.
- Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance for every equipment in respective facility
- Good knowledge in the safe usage of all hand tools and drilling/ grinding machinery
- Assist Handyman when and where required on plumbing and other areas of building maintenance
- Adhere to all safety and OHSA requirements related to safety and condition control
- General handyman services/tasks
- Communicate repairs to management.
Key Skills and Experience
- Grade 12
- Minimum 3 years solid work experience in similar environment
- Plumbing license
- PERP Registration would advantageous
