Responsibilities
Assist the Director in charge in key administrative tasks.
Implement all general office procedures.
Participation in customer management relationships team.
Participation in the AML team.
Maintain the filling system in good order.
Prepare letters and various reports.
Reception services
R equirements
Minimum 2 years working experience as Office Administration.
Relevant diploma or degree will be considered an advantage
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications and Internet
Excellent written / verbal communication skills (Greek and English)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively under pressure
Ability to build good relationships.
Flexible and able to adapt to constantly changing requirements.
