The Business Analyst will assess Gett's business units' performance and help them improve their processes and systems to achieve the goals. Proactively guide business growth, and conduct research and analysis. responsible for generating and compiling reports based on the findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to systems issues

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of BA, providing mentorship, guidance, and seek ways to boost their day-to-day activities.
- Lead cross-organizational processes to improve business results and best practices throughout the company.
- Use analytical skills to identify and resolve business problems.
- Lead strategic projects in collaboration with senior management and internal units to improve operations, pricing structures, products, marketing and more.
- Enable data-driven decision-making and tracking of business performance.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills, Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an Analyst - Must
- Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience- Must
- Master abilities in SQL
- Previous experience in market research
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Ability to act as a mentor for other analysts and provide guidance and support in their professional development.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Statistics, Economics, Management, or another quantitative discipline-Advantage
- Proficiency in Excel and Python-Advantage
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI-Advantage
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Demonstrates creative and out-of-the-box thinking
- Fluent in both English and Hebrew languages
