We are currently seeking a Team Lead for our IP Design team! The ideal candidate will possess qualities such as being organized, empathetic, and having strong organizational sensitivity.
The IP Services Design team is responsible for developing solutions in the areas of IP security, B2B and B2C service development, Anti-DDoS, tooling and automation, and internal network development at T-Mobile.
The Team Lead will support the IP Design manager in overseeing the department. They will assist team members by establishing processes, creating plans for personal development, conducting intake interviews, managing resources, and maintaining contacts with both internal stakeholders and vendors. Product owners and planners will provide support to the Team Lead in resource planning, roadmaps, and lifecycle plans.

Scope & Skillsets
- Budget Management: • Execute/monitor progress of the department's annual plan. • Provide input and manage Opex & Capex budget. • Initiate own projects and resource activities within the annual plan, ensuring funding and resources.
- Project Execution/Management: • Ensure the execution of IP service projects according to the annual plan. • Ensure projects are fully set up for success (mandate, costs, timelines, etc.). • Take proactive corrective measures during project execution. • Contribute to the portfolio management process through forecasting and delivery of projects outside the department.
- Continuous Improvement: • Recommend design/process improvements to enhance service quality. • Ensure designs support customer experience and operational stability ambitions.

The IP Design team, in collaboration with other departments, is responsible for all core IP networks, internet traffic, connectivity and firewall management, and service design for both B2B and B2C.

Preferably a technical education in networking with a strong background/experience in Telco/IP. However, a Bachelor's or Master's degree bridging the gap between Technology and Business is also acceptable.
